Specify Participants

Participants are the parties who are involved with your shipment.
Shipper and Consignee are always required.
Freight Payer is required unless the shipment is non-revenue.  

To add a shipper
Click on the 'Find Shipper' link.

Enter the shipper name and city/state, then click 'GO'.

Select the shipper from the results.

Follow the same process for other participants.  

To View Participant Details
Once you have selected a participant, you can view participant details at any time by clicking ‘Add More Participants.’

To Add More Participants
To add other participants or different participant types, like customs broker or ultimate consignee, click ‘Add More Participants’.
