Find Participant

Search for and select valid participant information.

To find a participant,

then click 'GO'.

 

Add the participant to your shipping instructions
Results will appear in the Participant Search Results box. Click on the participant name link to add it to your shipping instructions and return to the previous page.

 

Add a new participant
If you are unable to successfully find a participant, you can add a new participant (rail customers only), unless the 'Shipper’ is the participant you can't find. In that case, contact 1-877-ShipCSX, option 2, option 1.

Processing of your shipping instructions may be slightly delayed while new participant information is validated.
