If you need to inquire about specific rail cars, you can use this section. There are two ways to navigate to specific car details.
From the Account Summary page, select an account, then click on the 'Show Specific Cars' button.
To view all accounts, click on the 'Show All Accounts' checkbox.
You can also click on the 'Specific Cars' tab from the Account Details page..
Enter the car initial and number in a blank fields. You can inquire on up to 21 cars at a time. When finished, click the 'Show Car Details' button.
Additional car details for the selected car will appear in the bottom portion of the screen. There are several fields of information that you can view. For an explanation of what can be found in each field, click on the above each column.
Rail Car - The rail car initial and number will be displayed.
Car Type - The AAR car type code for the rail car will be displayed.
Commodity - The commodity STCC code will be displayed.
Events - As demurrage events (arrived, ordered, placed, released, noticed) take place, the date and time will be displayed.
Notice Type - If a notice was sent to the customer, the type of notice will be displayed.
Demurrage Credits/Days/Missed Switch - The number of demurrage credits, demurrage days, and allowances for missed switch will be displayed.
