Select the location for which you want to see the requests and reservations
Filter the information for specific origin, consignee or destination details
Step 1: Choose View Orders Task
To get to the View Orders task you can choose it from the task bar at the top of any Unit Train tool page.

Step 2: Choose an origin, destination, or consignee view from the 'Location' drop-down
Shippers open their calendars from a load origin or load origin parent perspective.
Receivers can open their calendars from a destination or consignee perspective. The consignee perspective will open a calendar showing all destinations for the chosen consignee.
Step 3: Filter your calendar information, if needed

Select your filters (1) and click on 'Go' (2). To get back to a calendar with all the previous details, select 'All' in both drop-downs and click 'Go'.
Note: The calendar dates contain a lot of information:

Quick visual of the status (1) of the request, reservation or shipment.
Clicking on an underlined Req or reservation number (2) gets the details about every request or reservation, along with an audit about all of its changes.
The small yellow 'i' (3) is a click on, click off info box showing some details of the request/reservation.
The origin is shown to receivers on the top line and the destination is shown to shippers (4)
The destination is shown to receivers on the bottom line and the consignee is shown to shippers (5)
Summary Table
Below the calendar is a table that shows how the requests and reservations are being filled. The table shows how many orders, cars and tons are in each status to help keep track of how the shipments are progressing from their requested through completed stages.

Scrolling down the page will take you to the details of each request or active reservation currently on the calendar.
Go to the Requested Trains table for Coal shipments
Go to the Active Train Reservations table for all shipments
