Once the short line and interchange have been selected in the ISA Information box, make a choice in the Scorecard Parameters box.
You can choose either a service period by choosing a predefined selection from the drop down menu or by selecting a date range. If choosing a date range, you can also select whether to display service days only. Then click the GO button next to either the service period or date range you selected to display the Scorecard Graph.
*Note – If no ISA agreement exists, then no service days have been defined. In this case, only calendar days can be displayed. Available options are "Last 30 Calendar Days" or a specific date range without selecting to display service days only.
You can only choose a maximum date range of 31 days or a minimum date range of 7 days. The latest date you can choose is yesterday since the data is collected once nightly.
