The Scorecard Graph displays the reported CSX interchange events against the ISA window.

The graph will display event times for the days chosen. The green marker indicates a "make" or the reported interchange event time that made the ISA window. A red marker indicates a "miss" or the reported interchange event time that did not make the ISA window. Lines across the graph at a certain time indicate the ISA window. Refer to the graph legend for more information.
If service days were chosen in the scorecard parameters, a percentage of interchanges within the ISA window will be displayed in the upper right of the graph. This percentage could change daily or based on the scorecard parameters chosen. A percentage will not show if displaying calendar days, because it could display non-service days not applicable to the percentage.
In addition, you can hover your mouse over any of the markers on the graph to get the date and time for that interchange. Double-click on any of the markets to get Interchange Details.
*Note – If you are unsure of the window, refer to the ISA Information on the Short Line Profile page. If no window lines are present on the graph, no ISA may be in place for the selected short line and interchange.
