The ISA Scorecard measures CSX’s actual performance at interchanges against the agreed upon schedules in an Interline Service Agreement (ISA).
To access the ISA Scorecard, you must first select the short line and interchange in the ISA Selection box.
*Note if you only have access to one short line or have a default selected in Set Options, the profile information will automatically be selected.
The next step is to choose the Scorecard Parameters.
