An Interline Service Agreement (ISA) is a signed document between CSX and a short line that states locations where CSX and the short line interchange cars. The agreement also states the days and times an interchange will occur.

The ISA Information box contains some of the general information from the actual ISA including the effective and end dates.
Each schedule will be in a separate box under the ISA Information. The schedule will have the agreed upon interchange time, window and days of the week.
*Note – information will not be displayed here unless an ISA is in place for the short line and interchange selected.
If you don’t have an ISA or have questions about your current ISA, please contact John Sheller.
