Setting Your Display Resolution

While most of the Unit Train Management tools are designed to work well with PCs that are set for a monitor resolution of 1024 by 768, Grain ‘Place Orders’ works best with displays set to a minimum horizontal resolution of at least 1280 pixels wide.

If you are unfamiliar with how to change your display settings and you want to do it yourself, here’s how to do it on a Windows PC. There are two paths to get to the setting screen:

1. Go to ‘Start’ then ‘Settings’ then ‘Control Panel’ then ‘Display’

2. or, right click on an empty place on your desktop and choose ‘Properties’

Choose the Settings tab –

Slide the Screen resolution slider (1) until you get at least a 1280 choice (2). Click ‘Apply’ to test the setting or ‘OK’ (3) to make a commitment. If you are using a wide screen monitor you might not have a 1024 vertical pixel choice.
